Amazon click and collect ?

Have used Amazon click and collect for items under £20 previously without problem but today I'm getting the message 'cannot fulfil, please choose alternative address/hub' but I get the same message whichever local address I try.   It clearly states on the product page that item is eligible but once in checkout it won't work.  I've checked several different items all sold and dispatched by Amazon but same thing happens.  Any ideas?

Is the item an unusual size or shape? Does it contain something (eg chemicals) that might require special handling?

Hi, thanks for reply. No its just a cd, sold and dispatched by Amazon.  Tried a few different items and same thing happens.  Maybe click and collect is suspended in some areas ?
