Thank you, but I dont see a Heart Symbol, I just entered the John Lewis one and there were Heart symbols there to add to wish listsANGELWINGS said:

When you are logged on there are two hearts on a product page. One at the top right next to the person icon and one next to the
product name. Click the one next to the product name to add the product to your wish list and then the one at the top to take you to your wish list.
