The fees depend to some extent on what investments you have within the pensions, and with these companies what pensions you have ( old ones , new ones etc ) .
If you want to open a new pension with them it should be clear . If they are old pensions and it is not clear from the paperwork , then best just to call them .

Yes it is.  It will be on your original paperwork.

As both SW and Aviva have hundreds of different version of pensions on the go (possibly thousands), you cannot look at generic information.  It needs to be specific to yours.

  • Scottish widows you will probably need to call to find out.  I had no fee information on either of my sw pensions which I was thinking of merging. However I called and they were very good with explaining the fees. I chose not to merge because although the older pension seems to do slightly less well the fees are substantially less as they were fixed at a discounted rate for that employer.

My wife's Scottish Widows pension tells her in the online portal and her yearly report.

Most SW pensions have about 20 or so funds.  So, any differences are likely to be down to the funds you have and usually you can replicate or get similar on all versions.
