By way of thread closure, I ended up going DIY.Mix a Wemos D1 Mini microcontroller, a current transformer for house power, an optical sensor for generated power, wireless sockets and some very out of practise programming and I have a working charge controller.Cost in bits about £50, cost in time - more hours than I care to mention!Do Money Saving sites make you buy more bargains - and spend more money?1

Well done!A friend, in France, has just received a consignment of LiFePo batteries from China, courtesy of Alibaba. He already has the solar panels, inverter, BMSs, etc. Just waiting to hear how hw joins them all up.1
