Approved Solicitors - Principality Building Society

Hi all

I have spoken to Principality Building Society today and they advised that to proceed with them we would need to make sure that our solicitors are on their approved panel but that if they are not, they can apply to be.

I have had a quote from Berkeley Legal Group whom I could not find on the approved list. I have asked them to provide information and they advise me that they are on the approved panel and it is under the trading name of PCS Legal.

Does this sound normal? If so, has anyone dealt with Berkeley Legal Group and would offer any review of their services?

  • I had this with a high street bank, I could not use the solicitor I had started with and had to restart everything again with a new one. Granted it was early stage. I would just get a quote from someone else.
