Virgin Radio Win - Question

Hi

I won a dog friendly holiday via an on air competition on Virgin Radion  to identify the sound of a dog snoring! They said the prize providers would get in touch with me, this wasa few weeks ago now. Does anyone have any experience of whether a delay like this is typical? Or should I be chasing it up (it's also hard to find contact details for virgin radio that isn't to contact the studio)

I won a Virgin Experience voucher with Virgin radio, I got the call the week before Christmas and they told me the prize provider would contact me in January. I got an email on Jan 5th with all the prize details so fairly quick for me.
