Does this statement also look like it makes sense and is legit? It doesnt make alot of sense to me

Its a simple invoice detailing the figure the house fetched, any refunds added, the amount of fee`s charged, deduct that amount from the redemption figure, minus any payments made, equals your shortfall.
You are under no obligation to return any of the items requested, I would simply write back telling them they have had a copy of your budget, you are not obliged or comfortable sending them anything else, and leave it at that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Ok, just worried thats all. Do you think i would be wasting my time in trying to go down the route of complaining about being given the mortgage in 2006 when i was 18 going on 19?sourcrates said:Its a simple invoice detailing the figure the house fetched, any refunds added, the amount of fee`s charged, deduct that amount from the redemption figure, minus any payments made, equals your shortfall.

age being part of it yes, but more for the fact that proper affordability checks were not completed as we were giving a 100% mortgage as we had no deposit at all and even had our solicitor fees added to the mortgage as we couldn't afford either. Yes i get im clutching at straws and i sound desperate but i am willing to try everything here0

You usually need to complain to a business within 6 years of your problem happening.
If you haven’t done this, the FOS can’t usually investigate the complaint unless you made your complaint within 3 years of becoming aware (or when you should reasonably have become aware) that you had cause to complain.
Unfortunatly I think you are well out of time here for a complaint.

Then make a complaint, be aware though, even if your complaint is upheld, the capital you borrowed remains, you may get interest and charges refunded, but lets not get ahead of ourselves here.ash2260 said:I only became aware in august of last year as before that id heard zip from themI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
