Some lenders do glitch out and not hold an indexed valuation so need to do an actual valuation on product transfer0

Did nobody look in the loft when you bought?0

Sistergold said:Does it mean you can not do the product switch with same lender? I think like others say you might want to get a company which can remove the spray form as if you get a specialist lender this will continue to cause problems when remortgaging or selling. Next time best do an online product switch quote with your then current lender see what they offer you then if you want or shop around tell your broker not to send an application to the lender you are with at that time so as not to “rock the boat?” Your current lender should always be the one to fall back on once you can not get a good deal elsewhere! Good luck
Any ideas if removing the spray foam sufficient or the whole roof need replacing.?0 -
its usually a case of removing it but if they foam has been stuck straight on to the tiles then it will be hard to remove it without taking the roof with it. Some times they put a layer of felt paper on the roof first which makes it a lot easier to remove as they just peel it off and the insulation comes off with it0
