One of the minority who has two suppliers, I need a backup option other than expensive mobile data, but could only vote for one. Both Zen, my main ISP, and Now broadband are excellent.0

The poll results is not working properly on my desktop. Virgin and the others at the bottom of the alphabetical list are not showing. It just says "chart loading" well it was the same yesterday as it is today

It says above "click here to vote" but just goes to the results. I wanted to say, having only today joined the forum, that I had terrible trouble with Plusnet just a bit over a year ago. I signed up to switch in October 2020, via a link from MSE. It took until Jan/Feb 2021 to get both broadband & my own phone number back. A dreadful experience & I heard on Radio 4 last year that someone's father had had a long delay too. Everyone I spoke to for months just passed the buck & it was only good fortune my phone number didn't go to someone else.My phone had been ex-directory but once my number was restored I got loads of scam calls.I complained but what I was offered was paltry so after a long period of being preoccupied by other things in 2021 I have to get back on the case & will try & report back here.0

Wow, the top three are over £30 a month for under 85Mb.
I've just renewed by Virgin Media contract, £17/month for 100Mb. I was paying £23/month for 200Mb but I said it was too much - I don't need the speed so this 12 months will be concentrating on saving a bit more money. To be fair, the contract is supposed to be £50/month for the 200Mb but through various discounts, I pay a lot less.0 -
Trying to view the customer service polls for broadband the last few charts from Utility Warehouse onwards aren't loading so can't check customer service.
I'm with VM where every aspect of customer service is pretty woeful from the hideous and confusing website to the tariff deals, although he broadband speed is pretty good (>110Mbps). The Community 'service' (haha) is much better where users help one another out, so it's not all bad.
Just managed to lower my Broadband/TV/landline (not that I've used landline in 7 years) from what is now (01/03/22) £65.19/month to £35/month by also downsizing the entertainment TV package (we don't have any premium sports/movie channels), saving over £360/year, or £543 over 18 months. That's contributed to a week in a Northumberland cottage so all being ploughed back into the UK hospitality industry.0
