EORI number for EU customs

Update I donot need EORI number anymore, after several more calls with Amazon CS, Amazon gave me a full refund if £74 without the need to return Rollator mobility frame! What a faff and a half,  but quite literally paid off in the end. Now to list the Rollator on eBay :-) must of been easier for Amazon to refund than find EORI number Lol
want to return item to Amazon Germany via courier collect service paying online. looked at several different couriers but all want EORI number for EU customs! tbh don't really know what it's exactly for, not really interested but cannot go through to payment because of required information! it's a absolute nightmare trying to get the EORI number. Amazon don't seem to be able to help or the actual couriers! ups said for me to email ups Germany and they will ask Amazon Germany for information! If anyone happens to know the actual EORI number for Amazon Germany please share
