    The proposals are likely to cost a lot less as the idea is to refund percentages of the fare paid.  Ryanair refunding £10 instead of hundreds as at present is a much better deal for airlines than passengers.

    Nothing compared to the impact of aviation fuel which is up over 70% over the past year.

    It will end up as bad as the railway delay repay system for getting refunds.
