Tax Calculation and P800 query

I recently found out I could claim tax relief on subscriptions and union fees plus working from home. I submitted the claims online and recently received new tax calculations for 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and they say I overpaid 2018-2019 £316.63
2019-2020 £144.61
2020-2021 £55.43
I am confused as to how much they owe me as I only submitted the P800s in December so assume they owed me the above but theyre saying they only owe me the final amount as Ive been refunded the rest but I asked how could I have as I only recently submitted the P800s. Can anyone help?

Is the £316.63 carried forward and included on the 2019:20 calculation somewhere?1

It says that but I had a tax rebate in 2019-2020 for £250 but this was prior to me submitting my p800. Just confused about how it can be 'carried forward' when ive already paid tax for that year sorry if I sound stupid0

Had you already had previous tax calculations for these years since you say 'new' calculations?
How much were you claiming for subscriptions, union fees and WFH , as these are sizeable overpayments.0
