Has anyone managed to get a replacement air fry basket for a Ninja 8-in-1 (SP101KUK)?

We bought a Ninja 8-in-8 air fryer (SP101UK) last year, and have been trying to buy another air fry basket/tray for it. We ordered one from Ninja last March, but the item that they sent was not quite the right size - it would just about fit width-wise, but it was a couple of cm's too deep, so the front door of the oven wouldn't close.
I tried ordering another one about 3 weeks ago. Nothing has been delivered yet, but my sister (who placed an order for the same accessory about 10 days after I did) received hers in the post yesterday, and it too was the wrong size (and looks identical to the one that was sent to me last year).
I was wondering if anyone had been able to source a correct-size replacement air fry basket for this model?
