I cannot sacrifice my daily bath. I don't need to use a lot of water but wash I must.No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.6 -
My daughter has daily baths as part of her bedtime routine. I get in with her though, every other day I switch the shower on a quickly wash my hair. In the summer I wash my daily if we’ve been to the beach as the sea water ruins my hair.:money::rotfl::T5

I was about four when they moved and can remember it very clearly even 50+ years later.

I often wonder why there isnt something done as standard that keeps the bathwater to flush the loo. It just seems such a waste to pull the plug out.10

I remember the big houses at the top of the street having their sprinklers on their front lawns and feeling at the age of 9, how unfair it all seemed.

JIL the advantage of lots of aunts and uncles was bubble bath Christmas gifts if you're a child of the 70s I'm sure you'll remember Matey 😁 if not it was a squirt of flashing up liquid and the bubbles gone by me as I was the youngest so last in. I was told to be grateful as my eldest siblings had a tin bath in front of the fireLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin11

mine are tea, coffee and chocolate.
Am measuring my water and weighing my coffee for the machine to make sure I can get the most out of my pack of expensive coffee grounds. I like strong coffee, and have discovered I was far too generous with my scoops! Will keep on gradually reducing until I don’t enjoy it as much. I usually only have one coffee a day and the rest is decaf earl grey or cold brew fruit tea (which in fact means no electricity so should do that more!)working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?11 -

I seem to recall reading somewhere that washing up liquid has some chemical (maybe potassium?) in it that's found in plant foods. So not only does it not harm them, but it's actually beneficial. Think it came up during a water shortage...
