Sing 2 on Heart Network, January 2022 – Specific Rules.
1. The Sing 2 promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run on Friday 28th January 2022, on Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Universal Pictures UK. The ‘Prize Providers’ mentioned in these Specific Rules are NDL Group and ROXi
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (Together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at www.heart.co.uk/win and register your details and submit an answer to the multiple-choice question provided.
4. Online entry will open at 00.01 on Friday 28th January 2022 and close at 23.59 on Friday 28th January 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Within seven days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random, and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email OR telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. 11. The ROXi Music Service is available through the ROXi Music TV App or one of the ROXi branded physical devices.
12. To access the ROXi Music Service, you either need to download Music TV App on;
I. Your Smart TV with a HDMI port
II. Your TV Set-top box with TV or
III. On a ROXi Console product using a TV and internet connection
13. ROXi will need the email address, address and name of the winner to setup their premium ROXi subscription in advance to the winner receiving the Amazon Fire Stick. Winner Email addresses, address and name will be shared between Global and ROXi for the purposes of fulfilling this part of the prize.
14. By downloading, purchasing, subscribing to, activating or using the ROXi Products (which includes but is not limited to the ROXi Music TV App, ROXi Smartphone Companion App,Websites, the ROXi Console, other ROXi branded devices and/or the ROXi Music Services) you agree to these terms 11 – 13 above.

15. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

17. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the ongoing uncertainty with Coronavirus and Brexit, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.

You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).
