Pioneer PDP-428XD

Hello all,
this is my first post on the forum,although i have been receiving martin's e-mails for ages.
ok im looking for the best price for a PIONEER KURO PDP-428XD PLASMA T.V.
The best price i have found so far is £1,439.00 from digitaldirect, but then i find there is a hefty £69.99 delivery charge,has anyone or can anyone find a better price?

I don't think you will get this for anything less than £1500 delivered. You can also get a free 5 year warranty on it, but you have to go to the showroom and have a demo to get this. You will also have to buy a base stand (£150) for it as you only get the screen. I think your best hope is to visit a local specialist retailer and try to get a package deal.

That's unusual isn't it, less digits in a model id usually means less features, not more

Yeah in know,the 428xd has pip and pap,hehe sounds like a kids program,picture in picture, picture and picture

Thanks . But once again this is the pdp4280xd and not the pdp428xd . But waiting for the sales is not a bad idea :beer:

Not sure this will be in any sales as it is the latest offering from pioneer,i guess it depends on how many units there selling at the premium price,plus this tv has won a few awards
