My electric blanket is old now and seems to be taking a lot longer to heat. I wonder if anyone can recommend a good single electric blanket that can heat up quickly and, if possible, one that has an emergency-type cut off if it is left on too long.
I have some birthday money this month and, although my present electric blanket is still working, it would be good to use my birthday money for a new more efficient electric blanket. Any recommendations or options/opinions, any at all will be appreciated, thank you.

Underblanket or overblanket?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1

Good price, well known make, and huge number of excellent reviews.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -
That looks ideal, thanks Macron, and is available nearby - I should be able to get it next week. The choices are a bit mind boggling and you've made it easy.
I'll post back and let you know how I get on.
