Advice on mortgage

Hi, I need some advice with my situation. I live in a house with my partner and children. The mortgage is our name. However my parents, sister, brother in law and children live with us too. We would like to move out in the near future but if they wanted to stay in the home can they purchase from us? The confusion is that my parents put down the deposit for the house (£400,000 and we got a mortgage on the rest £182,500) so my parents are on the deeds etc?
