The Money Shop Scheme FAILURE
I received an email last year telling me I was owed a redress from the The Money Shop and had to log into and register on the scheme which I did, and was told I would be contacted once a figure had been finalised. I then received an email on 12th January to tell me the amount I would get and the figures provided did not work out so I emailed them and queried it the reply was that this was a division of monies left over after my initial payment !!???, I have never had a previous payment and challenged this back to no response. I feel completely robbed is there anything that can be done ?

Figures might be helpful.
Honest, if you got a fiver you did well.0 -
It was paying out something like 2% of any interest paid. You had to get claims in against these companies years ago to get close to 100% of what you paid.0

It was one where you had to wait for them to contact you, there was ML forum 2013/14 about it,
I got 0.00652 in the £.0
