Hi all
Looking to buy a new build with a 5% deposit.
Has anyone done this recently and could recommend the mortgage company they used?
I'm doing my research and I know that a lot won't do it with 5% but want to find out more information about who does.

For 95% on a new build house my list has:
Leek
Monmouth
Hanley
Kensington
Saffron
Skipton
Darlington
Loughborough
Skipton is likely to give best rates out of those as they are more of a high street lender.1 -
