HMRC and Zero-Hour Contract workers

in Cutting tax
Hi,
I am trying to fill in my HMRC self-assessment, because I do some work that is definitely self-employed, however in the year 2020-21 I also worked for a zero-hour contract company (called TempTribe) doing lugger work (shifting furniture and stuff).
They paid PAYE so it appears they are an employer, but their "terms of engagment" says, "Your relationship with us will be as a temporary worker and nothing in these terms shall render you an employee, agent or partner of ours and you shall not hold yourself out as such"
I used an online HMRC tool which asked me a series of questions, which I answered as best as I could, and it said I am employed for tax purposes. So now I'm confused: their terms of engagement seems to say I'm not, but the HMRC tools says I am.
Does anyone know about TempTribe or other similar temping companies? Is this employment or self-employment?
Just incidentally, TempTribe closed down last in Nov 2020 when it looked like they would have to contribute to NI payments.

Treat it as employment, and complete SA102. "Worker" is not self employment for tax purposes.
