I bought a love2shop gift card at 8% less than face value. The last transaction on the card is a 'card issue fee' of 12%. I complained, but they said it was in the Ts&Cs. As it was more than 2 years ago, I have no access to the Ts&Cs issues at the time, but I know I wouldn't have taken such a rotten deal!
Has anyone had this problem? How did you resolve it?

It was a part of a perk scheme at work. - a crowd called Perkbox. I have since left that company and have no access to emails to see the details of the ts&cs, but I’m usually very careful about checking these and would have spotted that.
so maybe the issue is with Perkbox rather than Love2Shop0 -
