Quick self assessment queries

Hi,

Just finalising my self-assessment.  Got a couple of quick queries that I would like to validate:

1. Are mortgage product fees (as well as interest) are detuctable (to the tune of 20%) under "Residential property finance costs" for renewal of BTL mortgage?

2. For Entrepreunerial Relief/Business Asset dispoal relief, I am asked to provide computations.  Does it need to be anything more detailed than the amount of disbursements against the rate (10%) after the tax free allowance for Capital Gains Tax?  Is there an example online that someone could be kind enough to point me to

3. I take it there are no tax allowances for the cost of liquidating companies for 2. (i.e. liquidator fees).

1. Mortgage renewal fees are treated in the same way as mortgage interest for loans on let residential properties. There is no deduction, but there is a 20% tax credit.

3. Liquidation costs should be borne by the company, so will reduce the amount received by the shareholders on liquidation.
