How recently did you buy it? I say this because house prices have risen phenomenally in the past 18 months (My house increased by 20%)
Have you had a recent valuation?0 -
What's the disaster? You are (presumably) still living in the house, and paying the mortgage.1

Going by the OPs other threads a flat unsafe cladding.Chris_English said:What's the disaster? You are (presumably) still living in the house, and paying the mortgage.0 -
London flats biggest users of help to buy and the majority now in negative equity if bought since 20150

The average price change on a London flat since 2015 is a 25% gain, there will be some variation and a new build will gain slightly less. It is factually inaccurate to say the majority are in negative equity, a very small minority will be, but that will relate to very specific circumstances (flammable cladding, possibly new builds bought in Q1 2020 with tiny deposits etc.coypondboy said:London flats biggest users of help to buy and the majority now in negative equity if bought since 20155
