is there a website similar to this about all things french we are considering moving to france as partner wants to be closer to her family and off course we want to stay money savers !

    Don't know but there is - or used to be - at least one other expat-now-living-in-France MSer on the chat boards: if only I could remember his name!

    Can't remember which bits he used to hang out on either. Try doing a search for France - excluding the travel boards initially - as I know he did one about why they'd moved out there ...
