Hi. I have been doing these for a year now with no issues at all. But we are now in the third week of Jan and not one of them has shown up in my invoices this month - in other words I have completed nine, maybe ten of these surveys and it has not registered any of them. I don't know if I should just carry on and wait for the system to catch up ar accept that I am not getting paid for my time this month.

Is anyone else having this issue. I can't find anywhere on their site to ask for help on this one. Thanks

Do you not have this on the top right of your dashboard when you log in?

I haven't had this but I know some people did and they were sending out communication around it.
They usually respond within a day so I'd contact them.

For these they have said it will be done uploaded to invocie once a month just prior to day 2

I do the bigger one once a week and had some uploaded to my invoice yesterday, but I'm missing one (and obviously this week's too). It has happened before and they do seem to catch up eventually but it's very irritating all the same!

I got an invoice yesterday - finally - and it is missing three of my studies. I am just about done with Appen I think.
