I have seen TSB offering good rates at the moment- anyone recently remortgaged with them, how was it?
Anyone knows a fee free broker who has access with them please?
save for the rainy days

    Ah fair enough. 
    Probably best just googling for fee free mortgage broker and choosing a local firm. 

    I am sure there are still fee free brokers out there including L&C but most smaller firms I think charge now.
