Help!!!
My PC has started to act up every day and I'm wondering if I have a virus.
It started about a week ago and was freexing on start up. Had to re-boot nearly every time..then it was okay. Now I am constantly getting page loading problems, where the screen goes completely white. On some sites it is better than others. For instance, Ebay is okay...when it does load, but then the screen goes white, whenever I try to go into my messages screen!!
All other screens are fine??
Have dne a couple of scans using Norton and it's found nothing.
Can anyone help....please?

It does seem strange. The boot issue I'm sure is not related & could be a faulty hard drive. As for a white screen, it sounds like the pc has requested a page from wherever and is waiting for the data, or the data is not being sent. It could be the browser looking for cached pages on the hard drive & not being updated. Have you tried another browser? & do you get the same problem with that.
If you want to double check for a virus then use one of the online scanners . There is a sticky on them with all the linksNudge nudge, Wink wink, Say No More!0 -
