Hello everyone, my grandson bought me a full year of SW membership for Christmas. Yes, a whole year! However, I will not use them and SW will not take them back, even though they hame no name connected to them. He has proof of purchase.
Any ideas of how to get a refund?

You almost certainly will not get a refund, however as it is appears to be a voucher that anyone can use, you can almost certainly sell it for close to the face value.
