Pigsback help needed

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so if not please forgive me. I ordered my pigsback vouchers on the 18th November and the site says it can take two weeks for the vouchers to arrive. I thought I would give it a little longer as it is Christmas and that does tend to put a strain on the royal mail. However after contacting pigsback they have told me that there is a return address on their envelopes and that I should check with my royal mail depot to see if my vouchers are with them to be returned. The previous vouchers I received had no address on the back of the envelope and was just in a plain white envelope with no comp slip or anything in the envelope. They were £50 for top shop and were for my daughter for Christmas. Does this mean I've lost out and they won't re-imburse me? Has anyone else experienced this with them?

were the £50 vouchers all in one order, as anything over £40 they send recorded or special delivery0

Same happened to me with £30 of Boots vouchers. They told me that they sent it, and if it lost, royal mail return them back and they'll refund my points. Of course, Royal Mail didn't return anything and I left witout points and without vouchers. By the way, there's Pigsback thread, I think post like this should be posted there
Not every Pigsbacker follows all threads, so more chances to get good advice

Recently my Pigsback vouchers have been sent in a plain envelope, with a small London return address printed near the postal frank. Sometimes this has been obscured by extra franking.
I think PB are avoiding a major issue by refering everyone to the Royal mail as to make an Royal Mail insurance claim you have to have proof of posting - something PB does not have.
I hope that you are successful with PB!I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
I have had the same problems recently. I have had 2 vouchers missing in the post and had the same reply from them. Not good enough in my opinion. No links in Signatures by Site Rules - MSE Forum Team 20
