Plus size clothing stores

I need to get some clothes for my mother as she is less mobile these days and doesn't leave the house much. She is slightly oversized so I am looking for recommendations on plus size clothing stores? Anyone have any good experiences?

How big is slightly oversized?  Marks and Sp do sizes into the 20’s.

Bon Marche are pretty good and not too expensive - I think they go up to about UK24. Damart also have a good range up to UK26/28. They are more expensive but are good quality in my opinion. Other than that most of the catalogue companies also have plus size ranges.
  • I've had some nice things from Lands End there are some nice things in the sale. I can't afford the full price things but love the quality and they go up to size 30!

I use Bon Marche and they go to at least a 26, but pretty sure they go higher than that.  Not too badly priced either

  • Yours have some nice things
  • Try Sainsbury's TU range, they do larger sizes both in store and online and dependent on her age there is also JD Williams and even Cotton Traders.
