Gratten on Credit report but no account

I’ve spoken to Gratten who says I haven’t got an account with them. But it’s on my credit score as owing around £330, no missed payments until December 2021 so all payments were being made.
I have a huge mind blank. Does anyone know what this could be please? What sister company it could be?

Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
The only thing I can find on my bank statement is Look again. I’m wondering if they’re linked0

That's where it came from. Don't forget depending on when the debt is reported it can show as having money owing. In December there were the two bank holidays. So processing time for payments may have been delayed.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0
