I’ve spoken to Gratten who says I haven’t got an account with them. But it’s on my credit score as owing around £330, no missed payments until December 2021 so all payments were being made.

I have a huge mind blank. Does anyone know what this could be please? What sister company it could be?

The only thing I can find on my bank statement is Look again. I’m wondering if they’re linked

You only need to do a quick google to find out that Look Again is part of Freeman Grattan Holdings (FGH) so yes, they are indeed linked.

That's where it came from. Mystery solved.   :)

Don't forget depending on when the debt is reported it can show as having money owing.  In December there were the two bank holidays.  So processing time for payments may have been delayed.
Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.
