Bankruptcy and child maintenance?

I’m completely new to this whole idea of bankruptcy so I will be reading through many posts and asking my own questions. 
I am currently doing an budget sort of form with my income and outgoings, my 3 older childrens father sends me money via a bank transfers with the ref child maintenance, does this money get accounted for in the bankruptcy please?

    Yes, it does.
  • As Minky says yes it does. The money is there to help pay for the roof over the childrens heads, the utility bills as they will be using gas, electric and water, their food, their entertainment, their clothes, their haircuts etc. etc.
