I am currently doing an budget sort of form with my income and outgoings, my 3 older childrens father sends me money via a bank transfers with the ref child maintenance, does this money get accounted for in the bankruptcy please?
Thank you in advance

As Minky says yes it does. The money is there to help pay for the roof over the childrens heads, the utility bills as they will be using gas, electric and water, their food, their entertainment, their clothes, their haircuts etc. etc.1
