Sent a mobile to Poundstogadgets through Sell My Mobile. No response for 3 weeks.

As per the title, I sent a phone worth circa £200 to Pounds to Gadgets, through Sell My Mobile.  I initially heard back, they then massively reduced their offer. Despite my phone being in exactly the agreed upon condition for agreed price. I then have heard nothing for 3 weeks. No answer to emails or phones. It appears quite a few people are experiencing the same, by looking at their Trust Pilot reviews. 

I'm probably out of pocket. I'm not sure how I can get my phone back, as I'm sure they won't pay me. I should have gone the ebay route. I do understand Sell My Mobile take no responsibility for 3rd parties, but I have asked them to omit these guys from their quote results.

I hope someone finds this useful. As I feel scammed, I hope this gives someone here warning to avoid these guys.

Thank you for the responses. I think these will both be useful to explore.
