Free eye tests?

My daughter is disabled, attends a SEN college full time, but because she is 19, she's not entitled to free eye tests! I find it madness that despite being disabled and in full-time education, she isn't entitled. So if anyone knows of anywhere doing free or reduced eye sight tests, I would be grateful. We are in Manchester.
Thanks!

They seem to extremely rare since Covid sadly, used to be able pick & choose free ones. Haven’t seen one for a while 😢Don’t suppose either you or your partner have glaucoma? It would be free if that’s the case.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. StephanieGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1
