Sunny Pay Day Loans

When I was younger I took out loads of sunny loans, completely unaffordable as I kept having to take out loans to pay them back

I was zero hour contract too so no proper checks were done, I've been reading that they've been closed down and customers were contacted for refunds due to unreasonable lending. I was never contacted. I understand they don't have much to pay people back.

But just wondering if there's any avenues I can go down to see?

I'm okay now, but would still be nice to have a refund as I struggled saving anything during those years, due to the hole I got in

Please be kind, I was young and was mis-sold these loans (sometimes 2 a month for a few years!)

  • I wouldn't worry about it now. Even if you could still put in a complaint, the pot is empty.

Now you're debt free, move forward, build a savings reserve and avoid borrowing unless it's for a house or a kidney.
