Hi, I am considering idesign laser eye surgery with optical express. I have read up a lot of positive reviews but still have a small doubt in relation to there 20/20 vision guarantee. Has anyone had the idesign surgery and not achieved guaranteed 20/20 vision? How did optical express handle the situation of not achieving the guaranteed vision?
thanks

Reading up on this, I think the idesign bit it just the diagnostic tool to assess the cornea's curvatures etc and the procedure itself will be Lasik.0

There's an article that you can find on Pressreader titled 'Chain of Opticians faces enquiry into misconduct Claims'. Further - I'm not too sure on this but heard some opticians are getting trained up to do Lasik so ask who's doing the procedure. I'd want an eye dr to do it, if it were me and ask how many procedures the dr has done, along with his/her success rate.Get everything in writing in case you need it in future but hopefully it all goes well.0
