Advice on affordability complaint moneyboat
Hi. Back in August 2020 I submitted an affordability complaint to Moneyboat regarding 4 back to back loans. They took an age to respond and when they finally did (April 2021) they offered to reduce the balance of my final loan from 613 to 230. ( the initial loan was for 400 ) I was in a panic and accepted this - fell for the fraud threat …..
I tried to set up a payment plan for this remaining amount and all went cold again until yesterday when I got an email from me asking once again for the full amount of 613
they have offered to try and revert back to the proposed settlement figure in April of 230. My question is do I go with this or do I have any rights to fight it?

I don't see why you'd want to fight it. If they get the original offer back in place, it will save you almost £400.1
