I'm still intrigued though. If this went through, as the problem occurred prior to being discharged, is it still included in bankruptcy?
To qualify as a bankruptcy debt the 'obligation' would have to precede the bankruptcy order - see my earlier post

It'd be the same options as for someone who'd not been bankrupt. For whatever reason, the government think it sensiblefor people to be able to go bankrupt multiple times.

They have all the options open to them except bankruptcy, until they're discharged. In practice the creditor might try a few methods of enforcing the ccj
