Natwest mortgage

On its own, one/two recent hard-footprint credit-checks should not have an impact on the NatWest mortgage. If the NatWest AIP was based on a soft-footprint credit check, any impact would normally show up then.
However, that doesn't necessarily mean that the reason for the Halifax decline won't again be an issue here.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I always had my salary bank statement with me, but my broker never asked them from me and when I called Halifax they said they could not validate my salary. What should I do ? Shall I state about this to Natwest?0 -

Obviously someone's fouled up somewhere in not asking for it / providing it, but the question is essentially will NatWest understand that and / or will it affect a proper application with them?0 -
How long does it take for natwest to issue offer before final checks0
