Focus Groups - anyone had any experience 2022

I wanted to try focus groups a couple of years ago but most of them were in London and it was quite far to travel.

Now that a lot of companies have started taking the focus groups online, it might be possible.

Has anyone joined up or participated in any recently?
Which sites do you use?

I was looking at the ones on the MSE article but thought it would be best to get some opinions.
