Metro Bank mortgage application process

Good afternoon all,
So our full application went in on Dec 22nd, hard searches showing on Dec 24th, bit of extra paperwork asked for and submitted on Jan 10th. House survey being carried out today.
So are we looking good? With the credit searches being done on the 24th, does that mean it's been underwritten and as long as the survey is good we'll get the mortgage offer?
Gosh this waiting and not being in control of it is stressful! lol
