I like Kenco Millicano Americano Decaf and Iast bought 12 tins

I don't like buying any more coffee in tins and would prefer to buy a refills

The only decaf refills they do are these ones and not the americano https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/282671188 

So you either need to change to the above or accept tins that can be reused for many things or maybe contact Kenco UK - 0808 100 8787

The tins can be recycled. Refill bags generally can't be recycled as they are made up of mixed plastic and foil.
I would stick with the tins and just make sure you pop them in the recycling bin.

Be careful when buying the refill bags of coffee.
Price per 100g is more than buying the jars in many cases

The "tins" are in fact cardboard I discovered when investigating recycling them.  

Not sure why you don't like buying tins so no Idea if this assists.
