Sale of assets for mortgage costs

Options
I’ve sold a few items on eBay to raise some funds towards the cost of my mortgage deposit and solicitor fees. Not much but it all helps. Will this be a problem? I have evidence from eBay and the payment came from eBay and was paid directly into my bank account.

@vortex566 Not likely to be an issue at all. If it's relatively small the sols might not even ask about it. If it's large then your bank statements along with the ebay seller statements should suffice as proof.
