Yes that makes brain sense. Re wanting time away from adult kids by moving into my rental property - they're good kids and help me out especially the youngest. It was them dictating to me about their bedtimes eg, when one on a night shift and/or the other on an early start. So I end up tiptoeing in my own house. They've both been out since last night. So refreshing - the hoover was out and the house gutted!0

Assuming your children don’t already own their own homes doing this will lose them their first time buyer status which is going to cost them heavily when they do come to buy their own places.0
