hi there
mortgage brokers do i need to get a specialist cis broker with a high fee which i have found online to help get a cis mortgage or are these fairly easy to get and could use any broker
we have good credit already have a mortgage so just a remortgage and earn enough so nothing out of the ordinary apart from cis

A normal broker should know which lenders will do as CIS and which ones will class as self employed. No real need for a high fee, its not too specialist1
