Wowcher Wallet Credit?

Hi, after complaining to Wowcher they credited me with £8 to my wallet but there is no apply wallet credit box showing when I try to buy anything. I've checked and the credit is in my wallet . All the deals I'm clicking on in the fine print say 'no marketing credit can be used' does this mean wallet credit is actually unusable? Or am I doing something wrong?
