    Hi Chips

Been away visiting my Mum for the weekend, so not here to give you a big hug and a kick up the rear !

If everyday was the same with nothing being different everyone's lives would be much simpler, but that is NOT how life works. Everyday has it ups and downs, some days have only downs, but that is how it goes. Stop beating yourself up. Your debt did not accrue overnight and thus you can't expect it to disapear overnight.

Take one step at a time and give yourself some leeway - Rome was not built in a day.

Anyway lecture over, have another hug, take a step back and look at all the positives as well as those dratted negatives.

    Vanda

    Hi Vanda,

thanks so much for the hug and the lecture:D

i am feeling better today and more positive and will try to focus on that xx

good!!!! glad you are feeling a little better today. (TMI comin up!) I've never ever had PMT (thank god) but due to other, erm, issues, i take the mini pill which you take continually and as such never get the opportunity for PMT if you catch my drift... would that not be an option for you?

Whats the plan for today then hon? hope you are still being nice to yourself, take it easy, one step at a time and it will soon be tomorrow even without you noticing. Lots of hugs. xxxx

    Hi Chips

You sound better today !! We all have dark days and you just have to do your best to live through them and wait it out. It isn't always easy, but it does get better again. So don't beat yourself up about those sorts of days - use them as a natural break, sit back, recharge the batteries and start again the day after.

Depends on which shop the vouchers are for. Some sell for face value or above (Boots i think) others sell for less than, and then there are the fees.

Would be tempted to keep for Christmas, maybe spend them in summer sales for better value of gift.
