Trouble with doing same day exchange and complete, also I never complete on a Friday either as if there's a problem you're a bit stuck until Monday.

Well the seller has literally already moved out of her house as per my original post, so it seems exceptionally unlikely that she has cold feet given that she was calling her solicitor yesterday afternoon to try and achieve completion.

I don't think it does affect the solicitor's actions but is, I'm sure, sound advice if applied in the correct context ;-)
