Halifax and EWS1 B1

Hello

Has anyone in last 6 months been able to get mortgage with Halifax with a EWS1 with B1 Rating?
The flat I am looking at is around 8 years old on 1st floor and around 12 floors (49m tall from ground to tip) and main building construction is steel and glass but Balconies have wood flooring.
Also anyone think the recent cladding announcement by Gov will help?

Thanks

@nekr0mantik Yes, with respect to the EWS1 Form, a B1 rating should be fine for Halifax.
